Just the two of you

Swolemates has no public profiles, feeds or leaderboards. The only person who can see anything of yours is the one person you link with, and only what the app says is shared. Either of you can unlink at any time, which ends shared access immediately.

What your person sees

• Your name, character, points and streak (it's one shared score), portion size and food allergies (so shared meals are safe).
• Whether you checked in today, but not your answers unless you share that day's check-in.
• Workouts, supplements and images only at the level you choose in Settings.

Never shared

• Questionnaire answers such as height, weight and age.
• Lab results and lab reports.
• Original photos used for illustrations.

Photos and files

Face photos, images and lab reports are stored in private storage. Face photos are only ever delivered through links that expire after a minute, after checking you're the owner or their linked person. We strip location and camera data from images when you upload them. Delete a photo and it's removed from storage.

Swolemates offers general fitness, habit and meal-planning support. It isn't medical advice and doesn't diagnose or treat anything. Lab flags only compare a result with the range printed by your lab. Talk to a qualified clinician before changing your diet, training or supplements, especially if you're pregnant, take medication or have a health condition.
